I gained a significant amount of weight during my studies, particularly in the chest, belly, waist, and hips. My weight reached 88 kg (my height is 174 cm), and this led to the following:

Perhaps you're wondering how I will help you, just as I have helped hundreds before? Why is personal coaching with me different?

1- I don’t give the same diet plan to everyone. Each person's body, circumstances, and goals are different. I need to give you a program that is easy to stick to and brings noticeable results every week, motivating you to keep working and putting in more effort. If you don't see noticeable results, you'll get frustrated and quit the program, no matter how good it is!

2- I rely on precise personal follow-up and complete closeness to the trainee. I communicate with them daily and stay by their side so they feel supported and not walking alone in confusion and fear.

3- I rely on creating a written plan with specific numbers and time frames, so you can see the light at the end of the tunnel and continue walking towards it with determination, persistence, and happiness.

4- I set a huge goal for the trainee, and it's not just about losing weight! It's about achieving a completely lean body with defined muscles that turn heads. In fact, it's possible that in the future, you might even compete in fitness or bodybuilding competitions, just like some of my previous trainees. I don’t believe in small, modest goals—just look at what I’ve achieved and what all my trainees have achieved.

5- I don’t give the trainee just one diet plan; I provide them with dozens of plans to switch between. More importantly, I teach them how to eat and how to choose their food on their own every day. This removes the feelings of restriction, deprivation, disgust, and boredom with diet foods. I teach the trainee how to incorporate some sweets and fast food into their plan while still losing weight at a fast rate.

6- I don’t rely heavily on supplements and medications. My primary focus is teaching the trainee the fundamentals of healthy nutrition, so they can improve their physical and mental health, lose weight, and build muscle without putting their health or bank account at risk.

7- I have extensive experience in dealing with weight plateaus. You can lose weight with any personal trainer, but when your weight plateaus, this trainer will struggle to address the issue. They might ask you to reduce food intake and increase cardio, causing you to work harder and harder, yet your weight may remain stuck. There are dozens of reasons for weight plateaus, and I study your case very thoroughly and in detail. I prescribe an effective solution to break through the plateau, no matter how long it has lasted or how difficult it is. If you’re training with me, rest assured that you will continue to lose weight consistently from start to finish, without frustration, fear, confusion, or going in circles—something you may have experienced before.

8- Your commitment to the diet is my full responsibility. If you find it difficult to stick to the diet, I don’t blame you or your willpower. Instead, I analyze the circumstances that caused you to stray from the diet—what you ate, when, how, and so on. Then, I provide you with a tailored plan to help you stick to the diet 7 days a week, 30 days a month. If you struggle with weighing food and counting calories, I’ll completely change your system so you can follow it without needing a kitchen scale. As I’ve mentioned, everyone is different, and each person has their own circumstances and methods for handling things.

9- I respond to all the trainee's inquiries, even regarding learning more about exercise science and nutrition. Many coaches join me to learn what benefits them in their work and their interactions with trainees. I communicate with you personally, as I do not use a customer service team to respond like many coaches do. This is because I have no other job, and therefore, I am fully dedicated to cooperating with you daily, responding quickly and in detail.

10- I completely assist you in overcoming any challenges you face beyond just nutrition and exercise. You might be dealing with insomnia, depression, emotional eating, night cravings, a physical injury, a difficult health condition, or changes in your life circumstances that make sticking to your diet harder, or even a social problem. I treat you as a friend and a brother first, before being a coach.
